Commissioned to create a fresh and dynamic brand identity for the Innovation Centre at Loughborough University.
The branding was created for a range of on and offline promotional material.

The website is built using a scaled down version of the
De Facto Content Management System. Featuring accessible news, tenant profiles and job vacancy sections for efficient in-house editing, whilst the secure tenants' section optimises internal communications.

This gave us further opportunity to develop the brand, through the use of iridescent lines that follow the original pentagonal shapes of the logo.

SETS US APART FROM THE COMPETITION

De Facto demonstrated a sound knowledge of other innovation centres and science parks and delivered a distinctive brand that sets us apart from the competition.

We needed to update our website in house so De Facto created a programme that's so simple to use and a tenants' area to help us promote internal communications and manage information.

The new brand has been very well received amongst our tenants and many visitors to the Centre.
